Shipping and delivery

Processing Time: 
- Orders placed via our website www.arigoy.com are processed within 24-48 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Shipping Charges:
- We offer free shipping on all the orders equal and above ₹499. An order less than ₹499 incur be a shipping charge.

Delivery: 
- We are committed to delivering your order on time and within the estimated timeframe provided in your order confirmation. Orders are usually delivered within 3-7 days after it has shipped.

- If we’re unable to deliver your order due to factors beyond our control like courier limitations, inaccessible locations, or unforeseen events, we’ll inform you for the inability to deliver and cancel your order followed by issuance of a full refund.

Cancellation and Modifications

How to Cancel:
- For cancellation, contact our support team at support@arigoy.com with your order details.

- Refund for cancelled orders will be processed to the original mode of payment within 5-10 working days.

Note: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Order Modifications
-If you need to modify your shipping address or product selection, please contact us at support@arigoy.com or call customer support number +91 8062177854 within 1 hour of placing your order.

- After this window, we cannot guarantee modifications due to our fast-processing times.

Return and Refund

Eligibility for Refunds
We only offer refunds in the following cases:

- If a replacement is not possible due to stock unavailability.

- If we are unable to deliver your order due to factors beyond our control (e.g., courier service issues, inaccessibility of the delivery area).

- If you cancel your order before it is shipped.

- Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
